The Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service is a computer database that compiles information on properties listed for sale in a particular area by participating real estate agents. It is maintained and accessed by agents who use the listings to match their clients' needs with property descriptions on the database.

Individual brokers and their agents (REALTORS®) bring in listings to their respective agencies.  In turn, the listing data is placed into the local MLS system noting the broker and agent who took the listing.

HOW TO USE THIS FREE SERVICE

When you find a listing for which you have further interest, note the MLS #(s) for follow-up with me.  When you're ready, we can schedule a showing(s) and I can answer any questions you may have.  That's IT!  Happy Hunting.

Any Sullivan County, NY MLS member, in good standing, has access to all relevant property information and the ability to show YOU /// ANY /// property no matter who actually owns the listing.  This means that if you see a listing you like, I can help you no matter which broker or agent name is on that specific listing.
